San Fernando Cathedral Wedding + McNay Art Museum Reception | Sarah+Derek

Sarah and Derek’s wedding was at the historic and ornate San Fernando Cathedral, and the wedding reception followed at The McNay Art Museum in San Antonio, Texas. Yes, it did rain. Hard. But not until the evening. And it’s good luck if it rains on your wedding day! I know it’s true as I read it on the internet! The rain made it extra fun for everyone to have a good time and celebrate the couple’s special day at the McNay.

The newly wedded couple exude class and look fabulous together. It was a fitting end for my last wedding of the year, and what a wonderful celebration, with a fun, loud, and wild reception party. I’m so happy to have met them, their family, and their friends. Thanks to the second shooter, Chris Margain, for bringing his creative eye to the day.
