The Fairmount Hotel Wedding + Reception

A few favorite clicks from Sally and Jerrid’s wedding and reception at historic The Fairmount Hotel. Congratulations, and I loved working with you. Smaller weddings like theirs are among my favorite to photograph due to the intimacy and immediate access without being intrusive. I also love the light this time of year, which presents challenges in finding the best light.

Thank you to photographer David Teran, who kindly referred me to the couple. I’m a little behind getting sneak peeks posted due to the higher volume of Covid delayed weddings, so here we go!

It was my first time photographing at the beautiful hotel, and the couple tied the knot up on the rooftop. Built-in 1906, this elegant hotel was later moved intact to its present location across the street from the convention center.
